High-Pressure German Quartz Casting
Our quartz molding department utilizes automated vacuum degassing and high-pressure casting chambers to achieve zero air bubble porosity. This produces uniform, rock-hard granite sink basins capable of resisting impact damage and thermal shock.
Robotic Laser Welding & PVD Coating
304 Stainless steel sheets are laser cut and robotically welded to ensure 100% leak-proof seams. Our physical vapor deposition (PVD) gold and black coating lines apply molecular-level metallic color layers that never peel or oxidize.
